DWELLING OR REPLACEMENT COVERAGE
Helps to rebuild or repair the physical structure and any connected structures of your home if it's damaged by a covered loss. 
OTHER STRUCTURES
Coverage for structures set apart from your home such as sheds, detached garages or pools. 
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Provided coverage for the things you own such as furniture, electronics and clothing. This coverage helps to repair or replace your belongings after a covered loss. 
SPECIAL LIMITS (HOMEOWNERS SCHEDULE)
A list of individual items or groups of items that are covered under one policy or a listing of specific benefits, charges, credits, assets or other defined items.
LOSS OF USE
A provision that reimburses policyholders for any extra living expenses due to having to live elsewhere while their home is being restored following a disaster.

Liability Coverages

PERSONAL LIABILITY
Insurance for what the policyholder is legally obligated to pay because of bodily injury or property damage caused to another person
MEDICAL PAYMENTS
A coverage in which the insurer agrees to reimburse the insured and others up to a certain limit for medical or funeral expenses as a result of bodily injury or death by accident. Payments are without regard to fault.

Other Coverages

EARTHQUAKE COVERAGE
Covers repair or replacement on your dwelling, other structures and personal property up to the same limit as your homeowners insurance. Typically, the deductible for each coverage limit is between 10% and 20%. 
WATER/SEWER BACKUP COVERAGE
Provides added protection from water damage resulting from backed up drains or failed sump pumps.
